The Creature

The Creative Creature is an experimental short film about disability and technology and The Creature Staff is an artifact of the film made of a found tree branch, clay, and stones. Afterwards, the Creature stop-motion animation was also created. These pieces went through many transformative stages before landing on their final presentations and continue to be iterated upon.

Originally called the Creative Cap, this project began as an EEG headset to "measure creativity."

This revealed transhuman agendas and problems of accesibility.

The Creature Staff was fashioned and the Creative Creature film.

The film still carried transhuman and anthropcentric agendas.

I used stop motion and refashioned the staff to be relatable to the human yet lend itself the life of its own.
